Working with a long-established financial services group on a complex, multi-quarter integration agenda. They are bringing two technology estates together and need a senior pair of hands to take ownership of the PMO layer that sits across it. You will run the engine room of a sizeable post-deal technology integration. That means owning the project portfolio view, keeping the financials honest, and turning a board-level synergy plan into something that actually gets tracked, reported and delivered week by week. You will lead a small group of analysts and developers, and operate inside a wider virtual team that pulls in finance, operations and external advisors. The work sits at the intersection of programme rigour and technical credibility.
