The Global Institute for Disease Elimination (GLIDE) is looking for a keen, problem-solving individual to join the Strategic Performance Department. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the development and maintenance of organisational planning and performance management approaches. - Maintain a portfolio-level view of implementation progress, risks, dependencies, and KPI performance. - Manage the end-to-end cycle of the Falcon Awards for Disease Elimination (FADE), from proposal launch to M&E. - Act as the steward for GLIDE’s Partnerships Policy, providing guidance and consistency checks across teams. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, economics, or a related field; a Master’s is an asset. - 8–10 years of experience in program/portfolio management, strategic planning, or M&E, ideally in global health. - Strong quantitative skills with project tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, or Power BI. - Excellent interpersonal skills to build alignment and navigate differing priorities diplomatically.
