We’re supporting a UK retail bank on a full banking replacement, driving a major transformation across customer and core platforms. This role focuses on end-to-end customer journeys, sitting between business and technology, working across UI, processes and core banking systems in a large programme environment. Experience needed: • Product Owner / Manager experience in banking • Strong business-technical skillset • Customer journey and UI experience • Transformation / platform replacement exposure Please message me for more information.
