We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support a large-scale transformation program in Belgium. Location: Brussels, Belgium (Only European Citizens) Contract Duration: 12 Months Work Mode: Onsite Languages: French, Dutch & English (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities Support the Delivery Lead on Strategic Alignment & Value Realization Manage PMO activities across multiple workstreams Drive status reporting, governance, and steering activities Identify and manage project risks and dependencies Facilitate issue resolution across teams and stakeholders Prepare executive-level reports and committee materials Support decision-making with fact-based insights Coordinate with Global PMO teams Foster continuous improvement and change adoption Support governance and operational excellence initiatives Key Skills Required PMO / Project Management Office; Program & Project Management; Transformation Projects; IT Re-platforming; Governance & Steering Committees; Risk & Issue Management; Executive Reporting; Stakeholder Management; Change Management; Strategic Alignment & Value Realization; Cross-functional Coordination Requirements Senior experience in transformation programs involving IT replatforming and operational model evolution Strong experience in Program/Project Management Fluent in French, Dutch, and English Strong executive communication and governance skills Experience working with senior leadership and steering committees Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive organizational change Interested?
