We're hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive expansion across Southern and Eastern Europe for strategic SAP and IT services offerings. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, supporting strategic proposals, and growing presence across the region. Requirements: 3-7 years in IT services, consulting, or software outsourcing; experience with enterprise B2B sales and complex sales cycles; strong understanding of SAP and enterprise sales processes; experience with RFPs, proposals, and CRM-driven sales execution; Fluent English (C1+); Fluent Bulgarian or another Balkan language (C1+); Based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
