We are looking for a Business Analyst @ Brussels, Belgium. Work Mode: Hybrid. Mode of hire: Looking for Employees & Freelancer Only. Language: English strong written and spoken communication skills; French and Dutch are a plus. Required skills: Business analysis. Certification in Project Management Methodology is a plus. 6+ years of experience in project management & Business Analysis, preferably within a digital channels environment. Master degree with relevant experience in similar projects. Key responsibilities: guide change on logon and comm roadmap within digital channels; guarantee stakeholder value creation throughout agile lifecycle; gather, understand and challenge needs of stakeholders; consolidate and standardize stakeholder needs into input for delivery teams; safeguard E2E value of delivered solution. Accountabilities include managing project lifecycle, gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with solution design team, managing development and testing and integration with existing digital channels and systems, developing and managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders (IT, customer experience, marketing), managing risks/issues/changes, developing mitigation plans, managing project budgets, and ensuring projects are deployed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
