We are looking for a ITSM expert at Charleroi, Belgium. Work Mode: Hybrid. Mode of hire: Looking for Employees & Freelancer Only. Language: French (C2); English (B2). Required skills: ITSM. Certification: ITIL Foundation (Must have). Work Experience: 7–10 years of ITSM experience. Technical and Functional Skills: ITIL 4 Foundation required; Managing Professional desired. Leading MIM (Major Incident Management) activities (including on-call duties), RCA/PIR, facilitating CAB/eCAB meetings. Establishing Problem Management practice including processes, tooling for PIR/RCA, KEDB/KCS, and defining Problem Management rituals and KPIs. Proficiency with an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, 4me, etc.) and familiarity with observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces). Defining KPIs, deploying reporting mechanisms, knowledge of SLAs/OLAs, Change Risk & Backout procedures, data quality, and Run governance.
