Permanent contract/CDI. Brussels (2 Days/Week at the office). Role: End-to-end management of SAP applications and associated services. Central point of contact for SAP-related services (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, etc.), ensure SLA and KPI compliance, coordinate incident, problem, and change management for the SAP landscape, manage contracts and performance of external suppliers plus project and upgrade follow-up, contribute to service improvement and roadmap initiatives such as migration to S/4HANA and integration with cloud solutions, collaborate with security and compliance teams (DORA, ISO 20000, ISO 27001), and report performance, risks, and improvement actions. Tasks: supplier and contract management; stakeholder coordination; ticket triage and leading ticket triage meetings; process management; governance participation; problem management; service performance reporting and improvement actions; change and release coordination; operational communication and reporting. Profile required: at least 5 years in service delivery or application management; demonstrable knowledge of SAP modules and architecture (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori); ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release management); supplier management and SLA/KPI follow-up; fluent English and good knowledge of Dutch or French; experience with SAP platforms in Microsoft Azure environments is a major asset.
