The Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor is responsible for leading initiatives supporting the Specialty Pharmacy area, with a strong focus on AI/ML-driven products, agentic automation, and rapid innovation. The role supports Express Scripts Operations, defining actionable requirements and executing high-impact initiatives delivering measurable value. Drives the design, prototyping, and scaling of AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment to business priorities, responsible AI practices, and operational efficiency. Required: Product Management; Business Analysis; Technology Delivery; AI/ML Products; Agile Methodologies; 8+ years experience; business process understanding; data analysis; requirement decomposition; stakeholder management; Generative AI (LLMs); intelligent automation; agentic workflows/decisioning systems; data-driven product development; rapid prototyping, experimentation, MVP delivery; APIs; microservices; cloud-based architectures; modern AI tooling ecosystems preferred; Healthcare or Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
