Position: HIS Product Manager. Key Accountabilities: Lead HIS Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution, translate product vision into actionable backlogs (provider integrations, NPHIES compliance, clinical data exchange, digital health member journeys), gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements, align HIS product priorities with client digital strategy and member experience goals, translate regulatory and interoperability requirements (NPHIES, FHIR, HL7, ICD-10-AM, SNOMED CT, Saudi Billing Standard) into product features and delivery milestones. Lead day-to-day product delivery: drive sprints, backlog refinement, story writing, feature definition with cross-functional Agile teams, ensure clarity on scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery timelines, resolve blockers and escalate risks, coordinate UAT, provider onboarding, and go-live readiness for HIS-related releases. Analyze and optimize HIS product performance: monitor KPIs (adoption, NPS, engagement, satisfaction), gather data and user insights, propose enhancements based on analytics and user feedback. Champion user-centric design and continuous improvement: participate in discovery and usability testing. Skills: working knowledge of Health Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR platforms and healthcare; familiarity with payer–provider workflows (eligibility, pre-authorization, claims submission and adjudication, e-prescriptions, clinical data exchange); ability to translate customer insights, regulatory requirements, and business goals into product requirements and user stories; collaborate cross-functionally with third-party HIS/EMR vendors. Qualifications: 5–10 years relevant experience; at least 3 years in Product Management, Business Analyst, or HIS Consultant within healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare technology. Bachelor’s degree in CS/Computer Engineering/Information Systems/Health Informatics/Business Administration or related.
