Currently seeking a Head of Engineering for a global company based out of the Midlands. Mission: multi-year business transformation from a legacy platform to a modern environment. Lead 30 Data Engineers, setting the bar, shaping delivery, and defining how great engineering looks. Progression into Director of Engineering within 12-18 months.
