We’re looking for a highly technical, business-facing Capital Markets BSA/Data Analyst to support institutional equity trading technology and real-time market data initiatives. This is NOT a traditional BSA role — we need someone hands-on with data pipelines, APIs, Python, and trading systems who can also communicate confidently with senior business stakeholders. Must-Haves include 10+ years in Capital Markets / Equities Technology, Python + SQL + ETL/Data Analysis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Apache NiFi, FIX Protocol + Postman/API experience, equities trade lifecycle knowledge, and strong communication & stakeholder management.
