We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst in Brussels, Belgium. Work Mode: Hybrid. Mode of hire: Looking for Employees & Freelancer Only. English proficiency is a must, complemented by excellent knowledge of at least Dutch or French. Required skills: BPMN, data analysis, project management. Certification in business analysis, workshop facilitation, innovation, design thinking is a plus. Education: Master's degree. Limited international travel. Technical experience: requirements gathering and analysis including documentation, OKR definition, Customer Journey Mapping and User Story slicing; BPMN; data analysis using Excel, Business Objects or other market leading tools; stakeholder engagement; project management incl. agile methodologies; problem solving incl. cost/benefit analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis; creating business cases; digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment; collaborative tools such as digital whiteboards and SharePoint; understanding delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile - Scrum). Business experience: run productive meetings, facilitate workshops; extensive digital transformation experience in consulting/client facing environment; manage digital projects including planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
