Change PMO Coordinator - S/4HANA Transformation (EMEA / Remote)

We are looking for a Change PMO Coordinator to join a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program with one of our international FMCG clients. You will support the planning, governance, and coordination of change activities across the program, ensuring workstreams stay aligned, risks are tracked, and stakeholders have clear visibility of progress. Working closely with change, training, and communications teams, you will keep the transformation organized and on track. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project support, or change management; experience supporting transformation, ERP, or business change initiatives; strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills; comfort coordinating multiple stakeholders; and experience with tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or MS Project. Comfortable with structured, proactive, and detail-oriented work. EMEA (Hybrid / Remote). Occasional travel within Europe. Contract: Freelancer.
