Hiring Data Scientist. Analyze user behavior, transactions, and conversion funnels. Design and run A/B tests & causal experiments. Build data models for product and business decisions. Work directly with leadership including the CFO on performance insights. Requires 5+ years in Data Science/Analytics, strong Python + SQL, deep experimentation & statistics, and product analytics experience (funnels, retention, cohorts). Hands-on with modern data stacks (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, dbt). Nice to have: FinTech/payments/trading/crypto experience and ML/AI tools (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn). Open to on-site work in NYC 4 days/week; visa transfers supported case-by-case. Salary $120K–$300K + Equity. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and willing to relocate. New York City, USA (On-site, Mon–Thu + optional Friday WFH; 4 days/week)
