Hiring for a Senior Cloud Engineer (Policy as Code) for a TOP5 Bank in Canada. Full-time, Permanent (2 days per week to Toronto, ON). Salary: $125k-$135k base + bonus + benefits. 70% hands-on DevOps/development and 30% design/architecture/strategy. Must Haves: +8 years of hands-on Terraform experience building Terraform modules from scratch; strong understanding of cloud security frameworks: NIST, CIS Benchmarks, PCI; GCP and/or Azure experience preferred; strong DevOps CI/CD pipeline experience; strong communication/stakeholder skills. Senior Cloud Engineer (GCP) for a TOP5 Bank in Canada. 5 months contract + possible extensions. 2 days per week to Toronto, ON, increasing to 4 days per week. Rate: $85-$95 per hour INC. Must Haves: 10+ years enterprise IT experience; 5+ years cloud engineer experience; 3+ years designing and implementing backend automations using Infrastructure as Code and Shell scripting or other scripting/programming languages including Terraform, Bash/PowerShell, and Python/Java; 5+ years Agile and SDLC experience; 3+ years cloud solution deployment experience (GCP, Azure, preferably GCP) including Docker containers and Kubernetes.
