Test Lead – Asset Management Transformation (Contract)

Location: Hartford, CT (hybrid), but open to remote with travel. Start: June. I’m currently supporting one of our key clients on a multi-year Asset Management transformation programme. This is a high-impact role working across complex platforms including trading systems, data platforms, and third-party SaaS integrations. What we’re looking for: 7+ years in Testing / QA, with leadership experience; Strong background in Asset Management (products, terminology, workflows); Experience with test strategy, planning, and traceability; Exposure to third-party vendor systems & integrations; Knowledge of data warehousing and end-to-end SDLC; Comfortable being hands-on when needed. Key focus areas: Driving QA across a complex ecosystem of platforms; Shaping and evolving test automation strategy (GenAI, Python, modern tooling); Supporting a shift from manual to automated testing; Managing stakeholders across business and technology.
