X-Shift is looking for a motivated Saudi graduate to join our team through the Tamheer Program and work directly with major clients on high-impact Digital Transformation and IT projects. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with clients to gather requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction - Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT and Digital Transformation projects - Support project delivery from initiation through successful completion - Act as a focal point between technical teams and client stakeholders - Prepare technical status reports and track project KPIs - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risks - Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project documentation - Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related technical field - Must meet all Tamheer (HRDF) eligibility criteria - Strong communication skills in both English & Arabic - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of Agile methodologies or MS Project is a strong advantage - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Passion for Digital Transformation and Project Management Preferred Qualifications: - Internship or academic project experience in IT or Project Management - Understanding of project lifecycle and stakeholder management - Quick learner with a proactive mindset How to Apply: Send your CV to: careers@x-shift.com Subject Line: Tamheer - Project Management Riyadh
