HIRING Design Lead. Work mode: Remote USA or Europe. Skills of a perfect candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI, including 2 years in a leadership role. Ability to make decisions and lead design challenges. Identify patterns in user behavior and make actionable recommendations. Experience with qualitative and quantitative data, including user research, A/B testing, and KPIs. Highly developed UX/UI design skills for assessing projects. Manage time and estimate workload for yourself and the team. Strong interpersonal skills for team management and providing constructive feedback. High attention to detail.
