Vincitore Realty is hiring an Infrastructure Administrator to support and optimize their digital ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS cloud environments; overseeing network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-site connectivity; maintaining Windows Servers and Active Directory; ensuring endpoint security and compliance; monitoring IT systems, backups, and disaster recovery; supporting email security, phishing prevention, and data protection; providing L2 technical support and managing onboarding/offboarding; collaborating with vendors and internal teams; and contributing to automation, reporting, and digital transformation. Requirements include 3–5 years in IT Infrastructure/System Administration, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and networking, experience with security tools, endpoint management, and backups, familiarity with Fortigate firewalls and VPNs, and UAE experience (real estate/construction exposure is a plus).
