This position is to cover an existing primary Engineer whenever they will be going on leaves, with minimal ramp-up. Type: Backfill Role (Part Time). Experience: 2–3+ Years. Work Mode: 100% Onsite. Key Skills Required: Desktop Support/Break-Fix; hardware troubleshooting for laptops, printers, peripherals; Windows OS (Mac/Linux a plus); networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP); Smart Hands support (network & IT hardware); ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy); LAN/WAN & cabling troubleshooting; problem management and repeat issue analysis. What We’re Looking For: 2–3+ years of hands-on IT support experience; strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills; ability to work onsite and handle physical equipment; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
