We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer (Java / Spring Boot) to join an international product engineering team building a large-scale customer communications platform used by enterprises across banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, and public services. Hands-on senior engineering role focused on designing and building systems responsible for document generation, communication orchestration, XML/XSLT processing, messaging workflows, enterprise integrations, and high-volume transaction processing. Key requirements include: 7+ years of software engineering experience; strong Java and Spring Boot expertise; experience with REST APIs and SOAP integrations; Kafka and/or RabbitMQ; XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT; PDF generation technologies (iText or similar); strong spoken and written English (C1 level); Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia; available to work in CET business hours.
